  A novel by American writer Stephen king, written in the genre of postmodern Gothic literature. According to the main storyline, the couple - Rachel and Louis creed, along with two children, move to Ludlow. Not far from the new home the neighborhood children put on a makeshift funeral for their Pets. Louis warns the Ghost of the deceased patient, forbidding him to go into the woods for a cemetery of Pets, but the protagonist repeatedly violates the ban.
